It’s a little past midday on a rainy Tuesday afternoon and after having been caught outside in a downpour for the first time since the rainy season began, I’m happily warming up and drying off in a comfy pair of sweatpants on my couch. It’s a public holiday today (Karume Day), so although I put in a few hours at the office this morning, I’ve got the rest of the day off. In other words, no sunshine, no power, no work to do ... no problem :-)
As tempting as it is to curl up in bed and wait for the sun to come out again, I realize I’ve been more than a little remiss in keeping the blog up to date so far this year, so the next couple of posts will hopefully fill in the blanks as far as February and March are concerned.
